Dad's Awesome Guacamole Sometimes my dad and I will make some guacamole to go along with out family dinners. Let me tell you, my favorite parts are cutting open and pitting the avocados, then using the shells to sometimes make little avocado-shell boats, mixing everything together and taste-testing the finished product. I sometimes would request a little more salt or lime juice, but I always like the finished guac. Try this recipe, it will be one of your favorites! 4 avocados Chopped cilantro Chopped onion 1/2 of a lime Salt 1/2 of a jalapeño, seeds removed if wanted Mango chunks and pomegranate seeds, optional 1. First, cut the avocados in half and pit them. Scoop the avocado into a medium-sized bowl and set the pits aside. Do not throw them away! Then, wash cilantro and separate the leaves from the stems.
