  Dad's Awesome Guacamole Sometimes my dad and I will make some guacamole to go along with out family dinners. Let me tell you, my favorite parts are cutting open and pitting the avocados, then using the shells to sometimes make little avocado-shell boats, mixing everything together and taste-testing the finished product. I sometimes would request a little more salt or lime juice, but I always like the finished guac. Try this recipe, it will be one of your favorites! 4 avocados Chopped cilantro Chopped onion 1/2 of a lime Salt  1/2 of a jalapeño, seeds removed if wanted  Mango chunks and pomegranate seeds, optional 1.  My Homemade Chicken-Garlic Soup ( makes around 5 small servings, 3 large servings ) The first time I made this was when I was hungry one day, Mom and Dad weren't home yet, and I decided to make my own soup. I got together a bundle of things, including chicken chunks and chicken broth, carrots, etc., and I pulled it off! I don't remember that Mom was exactly happy that I had made a mess in the kitchen, but she tried the soup anyway...and then said that the soup was good!I was really proud that it had worked and that she liked the soup.
